Beginner hu aur 1st time Himalibuti ka Shilajit liya tha. Smell thodi tar jaisi lagti hai, shuru me ajeeb lag sakti hai, lekin honey aur doodh ke saath taste mujhe achha laga. Agar kisi ko smell dekhkar lage ki pet kharab hoga, to mere saath aisa bilkul nahi hua. Aur haan, beginners tension mat lena, iski smell bartan me chipak kar nahi rehti, normal paani se dhone par nikal jaati hai. Ye mera genuine experience hai, koi paid review nahi. Office ke baad gym me v pura energy rehta hai jisse mujhe har ek set me extra rep mil jata hai. Main pichle 2 mahine se ise use kar raha hun aur mujh me farak saaf dikhta hai.
