Replacement, Return & Refund Policy

At Himalibuti, every product is prepared, inspected and packed with care. If an issue occurs, the following policy applies.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

A single, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for every order.

The recording must:

Begin while the sealed parcel is being received directly from the courier representative.
Clearly show the shipping label, tracking details and sealed condition of the parcel.
Continue without any pause, cut, edit or interruption.
Show the complete opening of the outer package, product packaging and product inspection.

This video is mandatory for verifying claims involving damage, tampering, leakage, breakage, missing items, incorrect products or any issue noticed upon opening.

Without a complete and uninterrupted video recorded in this manner, Himalibuti will not accept or process any claim, replacement, return or refund request.

Any issue must be reported to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery, along with the complete video and clear photographs.

Replacement Policy

A replacement may be considered under the following circumstances:

In-Transit Damage

If a product arrives damaged, broken, leaking or tampered with during transit, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Incorrect or Missing Product

If the delivered order contains an incorrect product or any item is missing, the claim will be reviewed using the mandatory unboxing video and order records.

Quality Concerns

Any quality-related concern will be assessed by Himalibuti’s internal quality control team. A replacement may be approved only after the concern has been verified.

The original product, packaging and all included accessories must be preserved and returned whenever requested. A replacement will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.

Replacement Exclusions

A replacement will not be provided if:

The mandatory continuous unboxing video is unavailable or incomplete.
The issue is reported more than 24 hours after delivery.
The product has been used, consumed, altered or mishandled.
The original product, packaging or included accessories are unavailable.
The damage occurred after delivery due to improper storage or handling.
The claim cannot be verified by our team.

Return Policy

All purchases made from Himalibuti are final and non-returnable.

Returns may be accepted only when:

An incorrect product has been delivered.
A product has arrived damaged and the claim has been verified.
Himalibuti specifically requests the product to be returned for quality inspection.

No return will be accepted without prior written approval from our customer support team.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:

Verified Quality Concern

A refund may be considered if our internal quality control team confirms a genuine quality issue and determines that a replacement is not appropriate.

Order Cancellation by Himalibuti

If Himalibuti cancels an order before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.

Important Refund Conditions

Refunds are not available for change of mind, personal preference or refusal to accept delivery.
The original product must be returned and received by our team before any approved refund is processed.
All returned products are subject to inspection and verification.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–8 business days after successful inspection.
Cash refunds are not available for Cash on Delivery orders.
Refunds cannot be transferred to a third-party account. The account holder’s name must match the customer’s name.
Himalibuti will not be responsible for returned packages lost in transit. Customers must retain the return tracking details until the process is completed.
Shipping or return charges are non-refundable unless otherwise confirmed by Himalibuti in writing.
