I have tried many brands and some showed effect, some didnt. I was looking for a good quality shilajit (that leaves less residue in water) which is not that gummy and gives strength as well as mental clarity. I definitely appreciate the quality as I am feeling energetic and having mental peace and clarity as well. Wonderful product by Himalibuti team.
