The resin i saw in the videos advertising the shilajit was much thicker and harder than the shilajit I received, which was much more runny as if it had been watered down which was very disappointing to say the least . It's very good shilajit though and I'm feeling the benefits from it , but the downside is how runny it actually is which has disappointed me a lot
